Does ConnectLinx support new construction and pre-leasing?
Yes. South Florida is in the middle of a major development boom, especially along the East Coast corridor. ConnectLinx supports pre-leasing campaigns for new construction projects so developers can build qualified renter interest before and during construction.

How much does it cost to list on ConnectLinx?
Plans start at $1/mo. Starter covers 1 agent and 5 units. The Landlord plan ($59/mo) fits small teams with 2 agents and 10 units. The Manager plan ($129/mo) is the most popular for brokers, with 5 agents and 100 units. Business ($249/mo) scales to 15 agents and 500 units. Enterprise ($599/mo) covers unlimited agents and up to 1,000 units, with pre-construction tools and a dedicated account manager. Every plan includes listing distribution to Zillow, HotPads, and partner sites. One flat monthly fee. No per-lead charges, no commissions taken, no shared inquiries.

Terms of Service

Version 2.1  ·  Effective May 2025ConnectLinx, LLC
By using the Services provided by ConnectLinx, LLC ("ConnectLinx"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
Eligibility

The Services are available solely for the purpose of conducting real estate transactions, including buying, selling, leasing, and renting real estate. You must be a landlord, managing agent, realtor, or real estate broker to use the Services. Subscription is void where prohibited.

Billing & Payment

Paid service charges are due monthly or yearly depending on the option chosen at signup. Your account will be suspended if payment is not received by the due date. Yearly subscriptions are charged upfront and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Payment is processed securely through Square.

Your Information & Confidentiality

ConnectLinx will not use or disclose Your Information to third parties except as necessary to comply with legal process, enforce this Agreement, or respond to claims that Content violates third-party rights. This section survives termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

ConnectLinx provides the Services in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed. In no event shall either party be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

Non-Compete

ConnectLinx agrees that its owners, principals, employees, and agents are barred from using Your Information to establish a competing real estate firm or from disclosing Your Information to any competing real estate firm. This section survives termination.

Prohibited Activities

ConnectLinx reserves the right to investigate, terminate your subscription, and pursue legal remedies if you misuse the Services or engage in unlawful conduct. This section survives termination.

Listings Distribution

By accessing listings from other ConnectLinx clients, you acknowledge that your own public listings may also be distributed to syndication partners through the platform.

Termination

You may terminate at any time. If on a paid plan, the current month's fee is forfeited. ConnectLinx will refund any pre-paid fees for services not yet rendered on a pro-rated basis within 30 days. ConnectLinx may terminate this Agreement at any time with no termination fee due to either party.

Refund Policy
Service Downtime. Refunds are issued only for continuous platform downtime exceeding 14 days, applied as a credit toward the next billing cycle.
No Prorated Refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed. No prorated or daily refunds are available.
Syndication Partner Flags. If a syndication partner pauses your feed, this does not qualify for a refund. You must resolve the issue directly with the partner.
Fraud & Account Locks. ConnectLinx may lock accounts suspected of fraudulent activity pending verification. Failure to provide documents may result in permanent closure with no refund.
Identity Verification. ConnectLinx uses Square for payment and identity verification. Square may collect identity documents, ID numbers, and device information per Square's Privacy Policy.
Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, the State of Connecticut, and New Haven County. Any legal action must be brought in federal or state courts in New Haven County, Connecticut.

Listing Data. Property details, photos, pricing, and related information you enter to create and manage listings.
Payment Information. Billing is processed by Square. ConnectLinx does not store your full card number.
Usage Data. Pages visited, features used, browser type, and IP address.
Communications. Correspondence via our contact form or email, retained to respond to your inquiry and improve our service.
How We Use Your Information
To operate, maintain, and improve the ConnectLinx platform and Services
To process your subscription payments and manage your account
To syndicate your listings to our listing partners as part of the core service
To send billing notices, account alerts, and platform updates
To comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service
To detect fraud and protect the security of our platform and users
How We Share Your Information
Syndication Partners. Listing data is shared with our listing partners as part of the core service. This is how your listings reach prospective tenants and buyers.
Square. Payment and billing data is handled by Square. ConnectLinx does not receive or store your full card details.
Legal Requirements. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of ConnectLinx, our users, or the public.
Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You may adjust cookie settings through your browser preferences.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. ConnectLinx is not responsible for disclosures caused by hardware failures or events outside our reasonable control.

Your Rights
Access & Correction. You may access, correct, or update your account information at any time via Account Settings.
Deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting our support team.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of non-essential communications via your notification preferences in Account Settings.
Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
